Challenge

My own product. Hotels and villas in the Philippines depend on OTAs, and their websites are outdated or missing. I saw the niche and launched a website studio for hospitality businesses.

Process

I studied the market: what websites hotels and villas in the Philippines have and where they lose direct bookings. I built the offer around the owner's revenue, designed a landing page with a quiz, built it and set up SEO for searches about hotel website development.

Most guests look for a hotel on their phone, so the website was designed mobile-first.

Challenge and solution

Problem

A hotel owner doesn't know what a website costs and doesn't want to submit a request blindly.

Solution

A three-question quiz that returns the price and timeline within 24 hours, plus transparent pricing right on the website.
