A website for the Pulsar venture platform's startup program: from prototype and concepts to a Tilda build. The first screen adapts to different countries, and the website made it into Tilda's international list of best websites.

Research & requirements
Multi-round briefing, market and competitor analysis with SWOT, UX audit against Nielsen's heuristics, user profiles through JTBD. I prioritize features with MoSCoW and write a PRD, so the team shares one understanding of what we're building and why.

Architecture & design system
Sitemap, user flows, wireframes. A design system in Figma: variables, components, a UI kit with every state. Screens are built from the system, so they stay consistent and changes propagate automatically. Then a developer handoff.
- [ 03 ]
Visuals
Visual concept, graphics, illustrations, responsive layouts for desktop and mobile. AI generations always end up as editable layouts.
- [ 04 ]
Prototype & deploy
I turn the design system into a React product with Claude Code: components, a Storybook catalog, screens, forms, states and edge cases. Deploy to Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare or a VPS, and hand over on GitHub. The outcome is a working product at a link.
